Position Overview:
We are seeking a Loan Syndications Agency Services Analyst to contribute to our operations. This role is essential in facilitating communication and processes between various stakeholders involved in agented transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Loan Syndications Group, lending teams, participant banks, and clients on agented transactions.
- Provide assistance throughout the Pre-Closing, Closing, and Post-Closing phases of transactions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for the Agency Services Group, ensuring efficiency and quality in service delivery.
- Guide clients through the transaction process, serving as an intermediary between clients and syndications.
- Manage transaction processing, contract renewals, and pricing inquiries based on credit agreements.
- Continuously assess and enhance the Agency Services Group's functions to improve customer service for both internal and external partners.
- Address and resolve issues collaboratively with team members to meet established goals.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline is required, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in loan processing, operations, or credit analysis.
- A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
- Familiarity with lending operations, documentation, and applicable laws and regulations is essential.
- Preferred experience with Wall Street Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain effective relationships with clients, banks, and internal teams.
- Excellent leadership capabilities with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage details effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Capability to mentor or train junior staff.
- Proficiency in various software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
