Position Overview
As a Senior Loan Servicing Analyst at CBRE, you will play a crucial role in supporting Portfolio Managers in the management of diverse portfolios of commercial real estate loans. Your expertise will be vital in conducting thorough research and financial analysis related to various commercial properties, loans, and portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and endorse the work and recommendations made by Portfolio Analysts.
- Analyze and approve property operating statements.
- Interpret, analyze, and present borrower communications concerning lender consent matters.
- Prepare detailed assessments of borrower requests linked to commercial real estate properties within the CBRE Loan Services portfolio.
- Facilitate weekly discussions with lenders and borrowers to explore client management opportunities, assess loan portfolio performance, and address any arising issues.
- Address lender inquiries regarding property and loan specifics, including performance metrics, valuations, inspections, market evaluations, and consent items.
- Provide training to team members on operating statement analysis, valuations, reporting, inspections, and lender consent processes.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is mandatory, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred, alongside at least 3 years of related experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
- A commitment to delivering efficient, timely, and courteous service to clients.
- Proficiency in presenting information effectively.
- A solid understanding of financial terminology and principles.
- The ability to perform intermediate calculations such as percentages and discounts.
- Experience in conducting basic financial analyses.
- The capability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various documents.
- Problem-solving skills in multifaceted situations.
- Intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with loan servicing database systems, with a preference for McCracken Strategy.
