Job Title: Account Executive, Ticket Sales and Service

Pro Volleyball Federation's member club in Orlando, Florida is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to lead the ticket sales and service efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully selling and generating revenues for a sports team or entertainment venue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make a minimum of 100 outbound sales calls daily to drive ticket sales and revenue growth
  • Sell season, partial, premium, and group tickets through a comprehensive sales program
  • Manage personal accounts to provide exceptional customer service and retention
  • Update records in ticketing and CRM systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to the team's overall revenue goals
  • Assist with game day responsibilities and attend sales, community, and networking events throughout the year
Requirements:
  • Minimum three years of experience in ticket sales, service, and operations management in professional sports and/or entertainment
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant industry work-related experience required
  • Previous sports sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Ticketmaster, Salesforce, and Arctics systems a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter with entrepreneurial leadership tendencies
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
