Job Summary
Complaint Handling and Resolution
We are seeking a highly skilled Complaint Handling and Resolution professional to join our team at MillenniumSoft. As a Complaint Handling and Resolution specialist, you will be responsible for accurately recording and logging all complaint information from customers and internal stakeholders into our electronic complaint handling database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately record and log all complaint information from customers and internal stakeholders into the electronic complaint handling database.
- Record and report complaints to manufacturers of distributed products as stated in distribution agreements.
- Acknowledge receipt of complaint and generate closure letters, as appropriate.
- Assist with complaint reportability determinations (e.g., MDR, Vigilance, etc.).
- Provide information necessary for completion of regulatory reports (e.g., MDR, Vigilance, etc.).
- Ensure timely complaint closure, meeting both internal and external requirements and goals, by tracking complaints and samples from the customer through file closure.
- Complete complaint file closure activities.
- Continuously monitor complaints for potential trends.
- Responsible for the secure and accurate maintenance of the complaint database.
Requirements:
- Minimum degree requirement: Bachelor's degree, preferably in an engineering or technical field.
Desired Skills:
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Analytical skills and critical thinking.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and time management.
- Preferably, a candidate with some medical experience, whether job-related or through education (FDA knowledge, anatomy, etc.).
