At MillenniumSoft, we are seeking a skilled Complaint Handling professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Accurately record and log all complaint information from customers and Bard employees into the electronic complaint handling database.
- Record and report complaints to manufacturers of distributed products as stated in distribution agreements.
- Acknowledge receipt of complaint and generate closure letters, as appropriate.
- Assist with complaint reportability determinations (e.g., MDR, Vigilance, etc.).
- Provide information necessary for completion of regulatory reports (e.g., MDR, Vigilance, etc.).
- Ensure timely complaint closure, meeting both internal and external requirements and goals, by tracking complaints and samples from the customer thru file closure.
- Complete complaint file closure activities.
- Continuously monitor complaints for potential trends.
- Responsible for the secure and accurate maintenance of the complaint database.
- BS Engineer degree
- Clear communication skills
- Analytical skills/critical thinking
- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and time management
- Preferably with some medical experience
This is a 6-month contract position, working 40 hours per week, 1st shift. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
