As a Loan Advisor on our Achieve Accelerated Loan team, you'll help existing clients get approved for our Loan, which will allow them to accelerate their debt resolution program. The client will then be able to have their enrolled accounts resolved faster to improve their credit. This is a loan only available for existing clients who may qualify.

• Meet or exceed all monthly schedule adherence and utilization requirements
• Make a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads
• Deliver a persuasive consultation to clients on how the Consolidation Plus loan can assist them in graduating from their debt settlement program at an accelerated rate
• Use Salesforce to track and manage leads; leads pipeline will consist of approx. 200 leads and new leads will be generated weekly based on production

• 2+ years of inside sales experience
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills required to follow-up on a pipeline of 200+ leads daily
• Experience uncovering consumers needs to gather more information to provide solution-based services
• Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and influence
• Computer proficiency with experience working within a CRM
• Drive to meet and exceed sales and performance based goals while working independently
• Positive team player with a desire to learn and willingness to accept coaching
• High School diploma or equivalent
