About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Office Coordinator to join our team at Peachy Insurance. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist our agents with policy endorsements and customer inquiries
  • Process customer payments and respond to emails and text messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide administrative support to our Retention Team and assist with various tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; insurance experience a plus
