Position Summary
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for warmly welcoming and registering guests, managing billing processes, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their stay. This role involves collaboration with various departments to meet guest needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet guests upon arrival and facilitate room assignments
• Provide detailed information regarding hotel amenities, room availability, and pricing
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Manage room assignments, including pre-registration and same-day bookings
• Coordinate with housekeeping to guarantee rooms are prepared to meet guest expectations
• Process guest check-outs and handle payment transactions
• Collaborate with guest services for efficient luggage handling
• Adhere to baggage tagging and ski storage protocols
• Deliver messages and packages to guest rooms promptly
• Maintain cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage areas
• Create personalized welcome baskets or amenities for special occasions
• Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations
• Recommend local dining and activity options to enhance guest experiences
• Perform financial reconciliations and deposits
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members in a courteous manner
• Undertake additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Minimum age of 18 years
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous

Work Environment
This role requires the ability to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods. Employees may encounter varying conditions and are expected to use protective equipment as necessary. Physical demands include lifting or moving items up to 50 lbs, with assistance when needed.
