Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate parts sales to customers over the counter and via telephone.
  • Utilize electronic and internet-based catalogs to identify necessary parts.
  • Check parts availability, locate, and retrieve parts as required.
  • Process orders for parts not in stock, ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the products offered.
  • Enhance departmental productivity and efficiency.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven customer service abilities.
  • Basic computer skills.
