About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team. As a Joint Replacement Sales Representative, you will work with a high degree of service, reliability, and commitment to sell Stryker Joint Replacement products that meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong business relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase territory results.
- Provide expert knowledge of Stryker Joint Replacement products and competitors' offerings.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Participate in sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours.
- Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role.
- 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
- Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of current office technologies.
- Ability to work in emergency/operating room environments.
- Must adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility.
