Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Accounting Specialist to join our team at Flatiron Construction Corp. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for supporting the tracking and reporting of financial information for multiple project sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project journal entries and reconcile cost reports for one or more projects.
  • Assist in month-end closing, budget rearrangements, and budget revisions as directed by the project team.
  • Support field personnel timecard entry, certified payroll, and reporting as needed.
  • Enter equipment time entry and reconcile equipment accruals for project needs.
  • Support accounts payable and onsite invoice entry to track project expenses and payments.
Requirements
  • High school diploma / GED required.
  • Experience preferred.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail required.
  • Strong time management and self-prioritization skills required.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
