Position Overview:
We are currently seeking both entry-level and experienced individuals for field positions in the automotive sector. We offer paid training, tools, and supplies, along with paid vacation and benefits. The hourly wage ranges from $18 to $21.

As part of ReconLogic, you will be integral in streamlining the vehicle reconditioning process for dealerships nationwide by merging the tasks of reconditioning, vehicle detailing, and photography to prepare vehicles for sale swiftly. Join a dedicated team of over 500 employees across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Automotive Detailer, your duties will include:

  • Mastering both interior and exterior vehicle detailing techniques.
  • Fostering a commitment to speed and efficiency to enhance your earnings while serving our dealership clients.
  • Developing new skills within the Automotive Reconditioning Industry.

Essential Job Duties:
In this role, you will:

  • Thoroughly clean the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, rinsing, polishing, vacuuming, dusting, buffing, waxing, and stain removal.
  • Conduct quality inspections of your work to ensure maximum quality assurance.
  • Document serviced vehicles for production and billing purposes.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tools, supplies, and work areas.

Requirements:
To qualify for this position, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
  • Possess the ability to lift 25 pounds.
  • Be capable of sitting, bending, squatting, and holding various positions for extended periods.
  • Successfully complete a pre-employment background check, including a review of your driving record.
