As a Service Delivery Expert, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service while supporting internal departmental needs. You'll be connecting with various departments across the firm, so being a quick learner is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume interactions with clients professionally and courteously, serving as the first point of contact.
  • Welcome and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
  • Provide accurate information regarding our services, products, and procedures to clients.
  • Assist clients with transactions and ensure all interactions are handled securely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of client issues and concerns.
  • Assist in uploading new client information into our CRM system and ensure all data is complete and accurate.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs effectively, serving as a liaison between clients and various teams.
  • Provide support to internal departments as needed, including administrative tasks, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes and procedures by providing insights and feedback based on client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role is a must, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to support internal departments and collaborate across teams.
