Your Role at Sephora: As a Retail Sales and Service Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience for every customer. You will lead a committed team of Coordinators, Licensed Beauty Advisors, and Beauty Advisors, providing the necessary support and direction to help them thrive in their positions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhancing Sales and Service Experiences: Ensure the delivery of sales and service experiences that align with Sephora's high standards.
  • Team Support and Coaching: Provide guidance and coaching to team members in sales techniques, customer service, and operational procedures.
  • Implementing Client Service and Sales Strategies: Execute our client service model and sales initiatives, enhancing customer engagement.
  • Maintaining Compliance with Sephora Standards: Uphold store standards, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Fostering Client Loyalty and Engagement: Support loyalty programs and services, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Previous leadership experience, ideally in retail sales or customer service.
  • Strong passion for client service and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities within the store.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance record.
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
