Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhancing Sales and Service Experiences: Ensure the execution of sales and service experiences that align with Sephora's high standards.
  • Team Support and Coaching: Provide support and coaching to team members in sales techniques, customer service, and operational processes.
  • Executing Client Engagement and Sales Strategies: Implement our client service model and sales strategies to enhance customer interaction.
  • Maintaining Compliance with Sephora Standards: Uphold store standards to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.

Qualifications/Experience:
  • Previous leadership experience, ideally in retail sales or customer service.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to adapt and remain resilient in response to changing store priorities.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and dependable attendance.
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Compensation starts at $26.35/hr. Actual hourly pay will be determined based on various factors, including qualifications and relevant experience.
Sephora also offers a flexible (on-demand) position for employees who can work between 0-19 hours a week, allowing you to balance your work schedule with other commitments. This could serve as a pathway to a more permanent role in the future.
