Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Parts Sales Specialist to join our team at Bruckner Truck Sales. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for filling parts orders, advising customers on needed parts, and ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filling parts orders over the phone or in person
  • Advising customers on needed parts and substitutions
  • Operating a forklift and other equipment as needed
  • Stocking parts and maintaining a clean and organized parts department
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least two years of experience in a heavy duty truck or automotive parts department
  • Ability to interact successfully with customers and coworkers
  • Ability to recognize the need for urgency in helping customers
  • Physical ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs
