About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at Pro Coffee Gear. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding our sales operations, focusing on espresso machines and coffee equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our sales distribution network.
  • Provide product expertise and guidance to clients, assisting them in selecting the right espresso machines and equipment for their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement strategies for increasing sales revenue and market share.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with partners to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including logistics and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Pro Coffee Gear and network with potential partners.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of three years in a relevant role.
  • Demonstrated achievements in past sales positions, such as meeting or exceeding sales targets, successfully launching new products, or expanding client bases.
  • Experience in the coffee equipment industry is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Experienced in CRM tools such as Hubspot.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment is a bonus.
  • Preferably located around the Austin area, but not mandatory.
