Membership Sales Representative

The StretchLab San Antonio team is seeking a qualified Membership Sales Specialist to drive sales and provide excellent customer service. This position offers a competitive commission structure and opportunities for growth within the studios.
Primary responsibilities include calling leads, scheduling client mobility assessments, and executing a proper sales process to present membership options based on client needs. The Sales Specialist will also assist with member retention, provide outstanding customer service, and participate in special events to promote the club.
Boutique fitness and sales knowledge/experience are preferred, but not required. The position requires availability to work on weekends, evenings, and/or morning shifts, with potential for bonus based on studio revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sales process of lead generation, setting up first visits, closing membership sales, and follow-ups
- Assist team in meeting goal of generating a minimum of 100 organic leads from community outreach
- Establish relationships with community partners and schedule pop-up events
- Conduct successful first visits with new clients, establishing relationships and targeting individual goals and needs
- Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
Requirements:
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and meet sales goals
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and stretch services
- Self-motivated and takes initiative
- Ability to learn and use the ClubReady management software system
