Warehouse Support Associate

We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Support Associate to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse functions.
Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Support Associate, your duties will include:
1. **Accurate Documentation**: Ensure all paperwork is processed clearly and accurately.
2. **Material Handling**: Transport materials and items from receiving or production areas to designated storage locations.
3. **Sorting and Organization**: Sort and arrange materials on racks, shelves, or bins based on predetermined criteria such as size, type, or product code.
4. **Inventory Management**: Count items to verify compliance with company standards.
5. **Labeling**: Mark materials with identifying information.
6. **Container Management**: Open bales, crates, or other containers as necessary.
7. **Record Keeping**: Document the quantity of materials received or distributed.
8. **Issue Reporting**: Report any issues encountered during operations.
9. **Additional Duties**: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions and correspondence.
- Competence in writing brief correspondence.
