Job Description
As a Reservations and Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling all front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling guest complaints, and providing information about our facilities and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need basic math skills and the ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
