Front Desk Hospitality Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Hospitality Specialist to join our team at Guest Services, Inc. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling reservations, and coordinating with housekeeping and other departments.
- Operate a cash register, handle transactions, and maintain accurate records of guest folios.
- Maintain awareness of safety issues and report them immediately to management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; minimum 16 years of age.
- Clerical skills, including typing, filing, office machine operations, and cash register operation.
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.
- Excellent interpersonal, administrative, telephone, and written communication skills.
Working Conditions:
- Frequent movement between front desk and back office areas.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and push/pull objects as needed.
- Ability to work in a constantly changing environment and adapt to new situations.
