LOCATION: Positions available in various locations.
SCHEDULE: Flexible Full-Time & Part-Time options available. Required availability includes:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties are essential to this role. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed:
- Foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Handle over 100 customer inquiries daily, both routine and complex.
- Develop proficiency in our customer database.
- Engage with diverse individuals across various organizational levels.
- Propose enhancements to workflow processes to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Encourage a collaborative team environment.
- Meet established performance metrics for productivity and quality.
- Identify customer needs promptly and take appropriate actions to address them.
- Provide detailed information regarding our products and services.
- Maintain accurate customer records by updating account details.
- Adhere to communication protocols and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues by clarifying complaints, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
- Deliver in-person assistance to walk-in customers.
- Comply with all company regulations and procedures.
- Exhibit professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Candidates should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The characteristics of the work environment are as follows: Employees will regularly use their hands and arms, communicate verbally, and navigate computer systems. The role may require occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds. The typical work environment ranges from moderate to loud noise levels.
