Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Glen Raven Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for executing sales and marketing strategies to both new and existing customers, resulting in meeting or exceeding annual revenue and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the VP of Sales to develop an annual sales plan in support of the organization's strategy and objectives.
  • Establish new accounts by organizing and planning daily work schedules to build on existing or potential opportunities.
  • Utilize various sales methods, including door-to-door, cold calling, and presentations, to secure deals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding clients to securing deals.
  • Maintain and expand the client base within the assigned territory.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
  • Investigate problems, prepare reports, develop solutions, and make recommendations to management to resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide feedback to Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Evaluate customer needs and build productive, long-lasting relationships.
  • Interact regularly with the executive team and individual department heads to ensure the company's customer service priorities are aligned with the total company direction.
  • Maintain the highest level of safety for all Glen Raven and contracted personnel.
Requirements:
  • The equivalent of a 4-year business degree or commensurate experience.
  • 2 years of previous related experience is required, 5 years preferred.
  • Possess self-confidence, a positive mentality, and the ability to manage territory effectively.
  • Strong product knowledge, client relations, and presentation skills.
