Tesa SE is seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team in North America. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting sales and delivering growth targets in the assigned geographic territory.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distribution sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in paper, print, tape, or other similar manufactured products. A four-year college degree and MBA are preferred.

You will need to possess strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence complex organizational structures. Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving capabilities are also essential.

In this role, you will:

  • Meet or exceed all established sales objectives and goals for the assigned territory
  • Coordinate sales activities in the assigned geographic territory to promote sales and deliver growth targets
  • Understand and communicate customer needs to foster customer intimacy
  • Foster collaboration within the Printing & Packaging Solutions team and key stakeholders to solve customer problems and deliver innovative solutions
  • Develop and maintain an Opportunity Pipeline for the assigned territory
  • Effectively maintain customer data in the global CRM system

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will also receive opportunities for professional development and advancement.
