Sales Development Representative Manager Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative Manager to join our team and drive sales growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, a deep understanding of accounts payable processes, and excellent communication skills.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses. Our benefits package includes a comprehensive health insurance program, generous paid time off, and a 401(k) plan employer matching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify and qualify leads.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and promotional efforts.
  • Track and analyze team performance metrics to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
