As a Sales Opportunity Developer at Spectrum Enterprise, you'll play a key role in developing quality sales opportunities using client-focused prospecting processes. You'll connect with clients through email and outbound phone calls to secure discovery appointments.

After completing our award-winning 12-week paid sales training, you'll align your sales skills with high-performing Major Account Executives. You'll collaborate with teams in an office environment, interacting with a large volume of potential clients.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet or exceed performance goals of 50 contacts per day and create a designated number of monthly qualified appointments. You'll also track all sales activities, opportunities, and reports in Salesforce to manage a pipeline of interested prospects.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing or equivalent experience. Strong English communication skills and experience with Salesforce are also essential. Familiarity with Outreach, Zoominfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
