Director of Business Development and Operations

We are looking for a results-driven Director of Business Development and Operations to lead our Sales and Project Management teams at Beauty Manufacture Solutions Corp.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster strong customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, project management, and operations, with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
- Lead and manage a team of sales and project managers to achieve business objectives.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, project management, and operations, preferably in the beauty care industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering strong customer relationships.
- Strong analytical skills, including thorough risk assessments.
- Experience in developing and managing budgets.
Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year.
