Job Summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a highly skilled HR Solutions Representative to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our leaders and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to team members and leaders via various channels, including email, phone, and support tickets.
  • Act as a liaison between team members and HR Business Partners to identify trends and drive process improvement.
  • Recommend new approaches, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures to continually improve the HR department.
  • Document and update HR processes for use in providing support and identifying process improvement opportunities.
  • Track activity via support tickets for reporting, metrics, and process improvement purposes.
  • Assist team members with questions and tasks related to benefits, payroll, and LMS.
  • Undertake tasks related to Year in Review and check-ins.
  • Stay up-to-date on current laws and assist with the development and implementation of policies.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
