**Job Summary**
Covia Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, guests, and staff.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Greet residents, guests, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
* Respond to requests for assistance with daily living tasks, including but not limited to, updating information on our SFT Communication Center (website portal)
* Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of work requested and completed
* Participate in all staff meetings and required trainings
* Answer multi-line telephone and either assist, provide information, or contact details or forward the call to the appropriate person or department
* Assist with SFT Communication Center (Website Portal) by updating information, providing information or instructions to residents on how to use
* Format and/or make copies of various documents, including flyers
* Arrange transportation services for residents, either in-house or through Transportation & Security or Uber or Lyft
* Assist with distribution or deliveries as needed
* Comply with all HIPPA standards and practices, and act as a mandatory reporter for all suspected abuse situations
* Report all accidents and unusual occurrences immediately to supervisor
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Customer service, administrative, front desk or other equivalent type of experience preferred
* Desire to work with seniors
* Excellent customer service skills
* Fluent in the English language, spoken and written
* Must be able to multi-task and maintain calm, professional demeanor
* Must have aptitude for handling money for multiple purchases at one time and making change
