Channel Sales Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team at Gallagher. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and maintaining oversight of a team tasked with winning, maintaining, and expanding relationships with assigned channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales team members to achieve sales targets and strategic objectives.
- Develop new business and maximize growth with existing business partners.
- Ensure timely reporting of opening and closing activities.
- Drive daily sales and coordinate sales agent activities, including meetings and training initiatives.
- Create agency campaigns for customer appreciation and revenue generation.
- Analyze monthly financial statements and develop sales reports as needed.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
- Employment is contingent upon obtaining a P&C license within a 60-day period.
- Computer proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent bilingual communications skills in English and Spanish.
