About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team at Gallagher. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and maintaining oversight of a team tasked with winning, maintaining, and expanding relationships with assigned channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales team members to achieve sales targets and strategic objectives.
  • Develop new business and maximize growth with existing business partners.
  • Ensure timely reporting of opening and closing activities.
  • Drive daily sales and coordinate sales agent activities, including meetings and training initiatives.
  • Create agency campaigns for customer appreciation and revenue generation.
  • Analyze monthly financial statements and develop sales reports as needed.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Employment is contingent upon obtaining a P&C license within a 60-day period.
  • Computer proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent bilingual communications skills in English and Spanish.
