Job Opportunity

Marc Jacobs International is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join its team in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales, develop sales associates, and oversee store operations.
  • Coach and train sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage store inventory, merchandise, and visual displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Assist with opening and closing store procedures, including counting tills and securing the store.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
