Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relations Account Specialist to join our team at HandCraft Services. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key personnel at assigned facilities, ensuring client satisfaction and account retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Conduct daily client visits, answer questions, and document visit outcomes in Salesforce.
  • Stay up-to-date on products and services offered by HandCraft and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Provide effective customer service through education, consultation, and individual support to assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate new account installations and serve as the primary liaison for customer service issues related to assigned accounts.
  • Identify and cultivate opportunities for new business and product additions with existing customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a service-oriented role, with prior account management experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and handle occasional conflict.
  • Ability to use various computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite and customer relations software packages.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
