About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join our Registered Agent Admin team at Cogency Global Inc.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong computer research skills, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook software.

Responsibilities
  • Interact directly with clients via phone and email
  • Complete initial and ongoing internal audits of client data
  • Research various internal and external databases
  • Update internal database with corrected information
  • Create and deliver various types of charts and reports
  • Assist with additional ad-hoc projects as determined by your manager
Requirements

BA degree required

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong computer research skills and proficiency in MS Office

Ability to multitask effectively and work to high standards of quality

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year based on location and experience
