POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Accelerated GM Program is a comprehensive two-year development initiative that combines on-the-job training with formal education through a structured sequence of tasks and rotations across key roles within the organization.

You will acquire foundational knowledge of the business, enhance your leadership capabilities in a dynamic environment, and cultivate close working relationships with executives, managers, employees, and clients.

The operational, networking, and leadership skills you develop will empower you to advance your career and prepare you for a role as a General Manager in one of the most stable sectors in the U.S.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate a commitment to safety and compliance.
- Collaborate with other managers to plan and direct organizational activities.
- Engage in training related to the rotational experience.
- Attend training sessions, listen to guest speakers, and develop projects or presentations.
- Work across various departments, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Operations, or Human Resources, to gain diverse perspectives.
- Adhere to the formal training program guidelines.
- Participate in periodic evaluations.
- Collaborate with management in interviewing, hiring, and training staff.
- Utilize company systems to analyze sales, gross profit, and inventory activities.
- Work with management to develop and implement strategies that safeguard company assets and profitability.
- Learn and exemplify the leadership characteristics that embody the Republic Way.
- Hold key positions for designated periods to gain comprehensive business insights (e.g., Sales, Operations, and Finance).

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
- Proven decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing capabilities.
- Basic understanding of business finance, controls, and metrics.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- An MBA degree or anticipated completion within the next 12 months.
- Prior leadership experience.
