In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting comprehensive strategies to implement intricate systems and solutions. You will manage projects from initial assessments through to deployment and ongoing evaluation. Your position will require effective communication with various departmental stakeholders and executive management to ensure that projects align with overarching business goals.

Your responsibilities will blend project management, client engagement, and technical acumen to ensure a seamless transition, enabling clients to fully leverage the value of our services and products.



EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
Full-time, Exempt

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with clients to design processes and procedures that meet their specific use cases and requirements.

- Implement sophisticated systems and solutions that support organizational goals.

- Conduct initial scope evaluations, outline work plans and timelines, and supervise teams executing implementation strategies.

- Serve as a liaison between departmental stakeholders and executive management to guarantee cohesive systems implementation.

- Monitor systems post-deployment and generate reports that provide insights and recommendations for future projects.

- Maintain proactive communication with all team members to foster collaboration, identify challenges, devise solutions, and enhance efficiency.

- Partner closely with the development team to prioritize customer needs and create a roadmap for fulfilling client requirements.

- Gather and analyze client feedback to continually refine the implementation process and improve customer satisfaction.

- Assist in the development of support materials, such as user manuals and FAQs, to facilitate client transitions to new systems or processes.

- Engage with executive stakeholders and participate in strategic committees.

- Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams to translate operational needs into effective technical solutions.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience (Preferred)

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive leadership experience with strong collaborative skills.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

- Familiarity with quality management methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.

- Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle and industry best practices.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present a polished and professional image to all stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of seven years of experience in the IT sector as a senior implementation manager, including customer interactions, project management, and development.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Background in public safety, law enforcement, CAD, and/or RMS.

SALARY RANGE:
$110,000-$140,000/year
