Position Overview
We are looking for a full-time Operations and Engagement Lead to join our team. This role is integral to the smooth functioning of our office and our clients' experiences. You'll be responsible for office administration, compliance administration, scheduling, and marketing coordination. If you are highly organized, love interacting with people, and are energized by managing multiple tasks, this position could be a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance Administration: Help prepare reports for the Chief Compliance officer and complete compliance related tasks
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare and organize materials for client meetings, ensuring our team is fully equipped to deliver excellent service.
- Client Engagement: Greet clients warmly as they arrive for meetings and ensure they feel comfortable and welcome.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule client and partner meetings, balancing priorities and deadlines.
- Marketing Administration: Support our marketing efforts by posting social media messages and other materials created by our team.
- Reporting: Prepare reports for firm management, providing clear, actionable insights on business performance and client metrics.
- Project Management: Keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and that we maintain our high standards.
- Office Administration: Ensure efficient and effective office operations and procedures; handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

Education, Knowledge & Skills:
· Bachelor's Degree preferred
· Minimum 5-7 years' work experience preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
· Strong computer skills: ability to quickly learn new software
· Excellent attention to detail, solid follow-up skills, and the ability to think strategically and solve problems
· Superior interpersonal, organizational and client service skills; work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment
· Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous projects and activities; proven ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to change
· Intellectual curiosity and a sense of humor
Total Annual Compensation and Projected Benefits:
· Salary: $65,000 - $80,000
