Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Flooring Claims Professional to join our team at FS Builder Resources. As a key member of our claims department, you will be responsible for handling defective materials and installation claims, ensuring timely resolutions and exceptional customer service.

About the Role

  • Verify claim notifications and supporting documentation
  • Schedule vendor inspections and coordinate re-installations
  • Communicate with all departments to process claims efficiently
  • Calculate claim totals and process charge-backs for vendors
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless claim processing

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in computer skills for data entry; RFMS experience a plus
  • One to two years of office experience; purchasing experience a plus

Compensation Package

Our competitive compensation package includes an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision coverage, 401K, paid holidays, vacation, and personal time.
