We're looking for a skilled Healthcare Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team at Health Business Solutions LLC. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing the financial health of healthcare organizations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct Strategic Analysis: Utilize data analytics, benchmarking, and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the revenue cycle.
  2. Lead Process Improvement Initiatives: Streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and maximize revenue capture. Mentor junior team members in this area.
  3. Develop Revenue Optimization Strategies: Identify new revenue streams and implement best practices to drive business growth.
  4. Ensure Billing Compliance: Adhere to strict compliance regulations and provide guidance to the team in mitigating risks associated with regulatory non-compliance.
  5. Oversee Claims Management: Monitor claims submission, denials, appeals, and adjudication. Develop and implement advanced strategies to minimize denials and optimize reimbursement.
  6. Leverage Technology: Use healthcare revenue cycle management software and data analytics tools to provide advanced solutions for clients and mentor junior team members in tool proficiency.
  7. Track Performance Metrics: Develop and implement comprehensive KPIs and performance metrics to track revenue cycle health. Prepare and present reports with strategic recommendations.
  8. Build Client Relationships: Provide advanced consultative support, recommendations, and guidance to ensure the success of client revenue cycle operations.
