Ohm Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Leave Administration Specialist to join our team in Camden, NJ. This 12-month hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading IT and Healthcare staffing services provider.

About the Role

This challenging position requires a thorough understanding of federal and state leave laws, including FMLA and ADA. As a Leave Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for administering and tracking LOA programs, educating employees and managers on leave policies and procedures, and providing guidance on paycoding and LOA status updates.

You will also prepare and distribute compliant leave-related correspondence, collaborate with payroll, HR, and vendors to reconcile insurance claims and billing, and participate in calls with Legal and HR on complex LOA and ADA accommodation cases.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical and decision-making ability, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters discreetly.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1+ year of LOA experience or 2+ years in HR roles (Assistant, Specialist, Generalist, or Benefits)
  • Proven experience resolving complex leave issues and conflict management
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
