Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Regional Leadership Team, you will provide financial expertise and strategic guidance to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis process, developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Collaborate with Regional Presidents and Area Vice Presidents to drive business decisions and optimize financial performance.
  • Manage the Period End Close process, ensuring accurate financial statements and timely reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial governance and P&L stewardship, focusing on inventory controls, cash management, and labor optimization.
  • Work with local leadership to prioritize investments and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor general accounting functions, including A/P, P2P, payroll, fixed asset management, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure field performance and drive improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of finance experience in distribution networks, CPG, or supply chain (manufacturing and logistics distribution).
  • Ability to navigate a manufacturing culture and build strategic relationships with operations teams.
  • BS Degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Leadership experience in direct and indirect reporting environments.
  • Ability to work in a complex, changing environment and adapt to new challenges.
  • Strong systems skills, including Excel, Vivid, Great Plains, SAP Concur, and Power BI.
