Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at ASR Group/Domino Sugar. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating maintenance operations to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and Coordinate Maintenance Operations: Oversee the maintenance of our facilities, including the planning, execution, and completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure Safety and Compliance: Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a Team of Maintenance Professionals: Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Manage Maintenance Budgets: Develop and manage maintenance budgets to ensure that maintenance activities are completed within budget.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments, including operations, engineering, and procurement, to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Maintenance Experience: Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance practices.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of maintenance professionals.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex maintenance issues.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including rotating and fixed equipment, and a strong understanding of maintenance practices and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CMMS Experience: Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and other maintenance software.
  • SAP Experience: Experience with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • NDT Experience: Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT) methods and techniques.
