Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • PHR or SPHR Certification is mandatory.

  • Broad knowledge of HR functions including Employee Relations, Employment Law, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Performance Management.
  • Strategic experience in enhancing workplace culture through effective HR programs.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Adept at thriving in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and integrity.
  • Proficient in HR/HRIS systems, with experience in ADP and MS Office Suite being advantageous.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered.
