Job Title: Senior Director, HR Business Partner

The Senior Director, Human Resources - Business Partner will play a key role in driving business strategy and organizational performance at Quest Diagnostics Incorporated. This senior-level HR leader will partner with senior leaders to influence the design and execution of business strategy, providing consultative support and leadership to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with senior-level clients, serving as a trusted and credible partner who anticipates needs and proactively recommends solutions.
  • Lead with data and make sound recommendations and decisions, driving business outcomes and organizational performance.
  • Develop and execute business strategy to build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes, providing strategic direction and influencing at all levels.
  • Translate business plans into talent and organizational plans, owning the people strategy for assigned business and ensuring strong leadership teams are in place.
  • Drive toward strong organizational performance, as evidenced by business measures such as productivity, quality, and service, and foster a positive culture that facilitates employees' success.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, including 3+ years managing exempt-level HR staff.
  • A strong educational background, including an undergraduate degree in human resources or a related field, and a Master's degree in HR or a related field or an MBA is preferred.
  • SHRM-SPC certification is strongly preferred, and proficiency in MS Office products and HR systems is required.
  • Understanding of state and federal labor laws and regulations, highly developed leadership and strategic influencing skills, and ability to work effectively with mid-level to senior members of the organization.
