POSITION SUMMARY

As a Senior Salesforce Implementation Manager, you will oversee the efficient and timely execution of complex Salesforce projects. Your role will involve managing several Salesforce deployment initiatives simultaneously within a dynamic software development landscape. You will guide the project team, ensuring adherence to established methodologies to enhance project performance. Engaging early in the sales transition process, you will ensure that project objectives are clearly defined and aligned with client expectations. You will cultivate robust client relationships, provide consistent updates, address any issues, identify risks, and offer expert advice on team workflows, utilizing project management tools such as JIRA and Google Suite.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Direct and oversee multiple Salesforce deployment projects from inception to completion, guaranteeing the timely and cost-effective delivery of superior solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure project efficiency and adherence to established protocols.
  • Establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client needs and project specifications.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource distribution, ensuring effective communication with the team and stakeholders.
  • Identify potential project risks and challenges, develop strategies for mitigation and contingency, and escalate issues as necessary to maintain project momentum.
  • Track project advancement, report on status to stakeholders, and facilitate project evaluations and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.
  • Foster and sustain strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring open communication, effectively addressing concerns, and advising on best practices and team processes.
  • Ensure that project documentation is precise and current, including project plans, status updates, meeting notes, and other relevant materials.
  • Stay informed about the latest Salesforce development practices and technologies, providing expert guidance and mentorship to the project team.
  • Engage in the sales process, offering technical insights and contributions to proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise in a Salesforce consulting environment.
  • Experience with Certinia is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP solutions on the Salesforce platform, particularly in Financial Management technology, is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient organizational, leadership, and analytical abilities.
  • Experience using Jira is essential.
