Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and direct various Salesforce deployment projects from inception to completion, ensuring the delivery of superior quality outcomes within budget and on schedule.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including software developers, designers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure project momentum and compliance with established protocols.
  • Articulate project scope, objectives, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client needs and project specifications.
  • Create and sustain project schedules, timelines, financial plans, and resource distribution, ensuring effective communication with the team and stakeholders.
  • Identify potential project challenges and risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as necessary to maintain project trajectory.
  • Track project advancement, provide status updates to stakeholders, and facilitate project evaluations and retrospectives to promote ongoing enhancement.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication, effectively addressing concerns, and advising on team methodologies and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and current project documentation, including project plans, status updates, meeting records, and other relevant materials.
  • Stay informed about the latest Salesforce development practices and technologies, offering expert guidance and mentorship to the project team.
  • Engage in the sales process by providing technical insights and contributions to proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise within a Salesforce consulting framework.
  • Experience with Certinia is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP solutions on the Salesforce platform, particularly in Financial Management technology, is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient organizational, leadership, and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience with Jira is essential.
