- Articulate project scope, objectives, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client needs and project specifications.
- Create and sustain project schedules, timelines, financial plans, and resource distribution, ensuring effective communication with the team and stakeholders.
- Identify potential project challenges and risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as necessary to maintain project trajectory.
- Track project advancement, provide status updates to stakeholders, and facilitate project evaluations and retrospectives to promote ongoing enhancement.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication, effectively addressing concerns, and advising on team methodologies and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and current project documentation, including project plans, status updates, meeting records, and other relevant materials.
- Stay informed about the latest Salesforce development practices and technologies, offering expert guidance and mentorship to the project team.
- Engage in the sales process by providing technical insights and contributions to proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce.
- Demonstrated project management expertise within a Salesforce consulting framework.
- Experience with Certinia is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP solutions on the Salesforce platform, particularly in Financial Management technology, is advantageous.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient organizational, leadership, and analytical capabilities.
- Experience with Jira is essential.
