As a seasoned Sales Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team driving business development for Nelson Connects. Our mission is to empower small to medium-sized businesses with cutting-edge Internet solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline of local small business owners eligible for our SMB service
  • Organize and execute customer acquisition events targeting small business owners
  • Conduct daily sales calls to new and existing leads, leveraging your exceptional communication skills
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, scouting active areas to grow your lead list
  • Build relationships with local businesses, educating them on our SMB service and its benefits
  • Represent Nelson Connects at local business functions and events
  • Maintain accurate customer information and conversion status in Salesforce
  • Escalate customer concerns to the local leadership team

Your Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or 2 years of relevant work experience
  • 1+ years of direct sales and cold calling experience with proven results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible schedule and reliable transportation
