Job Summary

The Business Development Coordinator plays a vital role in the success of Guild Mortgage Company by providing administrative support to originators. This includes managing databases, making calls on behalf of the originator, and creating marketing materials to generate leads and loan production.

Key Responsibilities

Create marketing materials, including copy for website and social media accounts, to promote Guild Mortgage Company's services.
Manage marketing calendars and originators' schedules to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Coordinate branch events, including managing vendors, creating deliverables, and obtaining compliance approval.

Dialer Duties

Make cold calls to targeted leads, including potential real estate agents, referral partners, past clients, and recruits, to set appointments and generate leads.
Build and manage databases of potential contacts to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
Update the MyCircle CRM with call log information and schedule follow-up reminders for calls in the database.

Additional Responsibilities

Manage client and referral partner databases in MyCircle to provide metrics related to reported data.
Schedule client and/or partner meetings and confirm appointments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Provide basic customer service by answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, along with a minimum of one year of experience in a mortgage lending-related role.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, with strong detail orientation and highly organized skills.
Works with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Passionate about delivering excellence in customer service to internal and external customers.
Proficiency with data entry, PDF software programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
Ethical, with a commitment to company values and a strong sense of integrity.

Working Conditions

Work is primarily sedentary, with general office mobility required.
Frequent use of computer keyboard and mouse required.
Ability to accurately interpret sounds and associated meanings at a volume consistent with interpersonal conversation required.
Regularly required to accurately perceive, distinguish, and interpret information received visually and through audio.
Office environment, with no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
