Job Title: Business Development Admin

Trinity Solar is seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Admin to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide administrative support to our leadership team and contribute to the success of our business.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and data entry.
  • Manage administrative duties for Community Stewardship, Purchased Leads, and Field Marketing, including record-keeping and proposal organization.
  • Assist in processing Lead audits on a case-by-case basis.
  • Support the creation and editing of presentations as needed.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting a team in an administrative capacity.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving goals.
