Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development & Sales Coordinator to join our team at The Arc Otsego. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and gather intelligence on potential customers and competitors
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a business development role
