Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service managers to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement

About You:

  • Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in the AV rental industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
  • Ability to travel to customer sites and attend industry events as required
